Despite fan campaigns giving the original VC a boost in sales, it seems like it just wasn't enough, with Sega's Hiroshi Seno mentioning the overall lack of popularity of the PSP in the US helping to keep sales for the sequel down. Hey guys, remember Valkyria Chronicles? Remember how it was an unbelievably good PS3 title when Sony was still trying to convince us to spend $60 on Lair? Remember how it combined an emotional WWII-esque story with beautiful watercolor-looking graphics and innovative tactical gameplay, from fighting on foot to commanding squads of troops and armor? Remember its sequel, released for PSP because Sega didn't want to commit to another console title?
